Touring Park

Terms and conditions

A pitch can accommodate 1 x car and 1x Unit (Caravan +Awning/Motorhome/Tent/Trailer tent etc.)

ARRIVALS BETWEEN 5PM AND 8PM WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH AN ADVANCE BOOKING. NO NEW ARRIVALS AFTER 8PM PLEASE. 

Maximum 6 persons per pitch

Maximum 5 tent pitches can be booked as a group in our tenting field subject to acceptance. Family groups only (ie. Parents with young children) Customers joining up on site to form a group without the permission of management will have their bookings cancelled and no refunds will be given.

We can no longer place more than 2 pitches together on the touring park (caravans)

We cannot guarantee specific pitch numbers for customers.

DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PARK DURING LOW, MID AND HIGH SEASON. 

 

Cancellations and alterations (Touring park and Tents)

All cancellations must be in writing

Up to 14 days prior to arrival date = Full refund on pitch fees less £20.00 non refundable

deposit per pitch.

2-14 days prior to arrival date = Full refund your pitch fees less the £20.00 non refundable deposit per pitch only if we are able to re-book the pitch/s.

Less than 48 hours notice = No refund to pitch fees will be given.

Alterations to a booking need to be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival and are possible only at the discretion of management. The balance of a booking cannot be reduced within 14 days prior your arrival date.

 We do not offer refunds for early departures or alterations during your stay.

We highly recommend that customers take out insurance against aborted holidays due to sickness etc.

 

Park Rules (Touring)

Please have consideration for others using the park at all times

Strictly no noise after 10.30pm

Children must be supervised at all times whilst on the park

The 5 mph speed limit must be observed over the whole park

Drunken, abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

No drink driving on the park. (Normal highway laws apply)

 

Restrictions

For the comfort and safety of all guests the following are not permitted on the park:

• Open fires
• Radios
• Generators
• Chinese lanterns/ fireworks
• Motorised scooters
• Commercial vehicles (ie. Vans and trucks) or converted vehicles*)

Professional conversions may be accepted in some circumstances. Please enquire

• Groups (other than educational and small family groups)

 

Electric Heating

Due to supply restrictions we ask customers to use gas heating only (low wattage built in caravan heaters are accepted.) Strictly no domestic electric heating as these will cause power failure.

 

Holiday Caravan Hire

Terms and conditions

Maximum 4 adults per caravan

We cannot guarantee specific caravan numbers for customers

We reserve the right to alter out T&C’s/park rules as required for the smooth running of the park and for the comfort of our guests.

·         Over 28 days prior to arrival date =  Refund on rental fees less £60.00 Administration fee per week cancelled

·         14- 28 Days days prior to arrival date = Fees will be refunded less a £60.00 administration fee per week cancelled but only if we are able to re-book the caravan.

·         Less than 14 days notice = No refund to rental fees will be given.
